  • Monthly cash flow, balanced to actual bank balance. 
  • Cash flow forecast for next 3-6 months.
  • Cost and Income Reports for business advisement and decision making.
  • Monthly Management Accounts, ie year to date Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Project/Product/Department Cost Reporting.
  • Liaising with Auditors and prepare audit procedures for annual audit

Project Development /Joint Venture Finance Services

  • Drafting a monthly Project Budget vs Actual transaction sheet, using Project Feasibility figures and actual transactions occurring during the current month.
  • Liaising with Project Manager on Project Budget Expenses and Income.
  • Reporting on variances/discrepancies between Project Budget and Actual transactions.
  • Reconciling Joint Venture and Shareholder Accounts.
  • Request Shareholder Contributions for approved forecasted expenses.
  • Submit Development Bond Draws for forecasted expenses.
  • Monthly Project Income and Expense Statement / Cash flow.
  • Payment of Project Creditors and reconciliation thereof.
  • Debtor Invoicing , Collection and reconciliation thereof.

Property Rental and Sales Agent Services

  • Tenant Placements and Tenant Credit Profile verification using National Credit Bureau.
  • Rent Collection together with standard Debt Collection procedures.
  • Issuing of Tenant and Owner statements and reconciliations thereof.
  • Annual Unit Income / Expenditure statements for taxation purposes.
  • Unit Repairs & Maintenance.
